1.) How many current jobs are you working on?
We currently work on the Jobs Present with us and we won’t overload or neither agree and make false commitments.
2.) You have bid a fixed price. Could you tell me your perception of what you are bidding on in regards to size of job?
Yes we bid on Fixed Price Job. We analyze the scope of work Involved and based on our preliminary analysis we will estimate the amount of work involved and time consumed and based on the time involved we will calculate the total cost based on the Number of Hours multiplied by the unit Price per Hour to arrive at the fixed cost.
3.) Do you have a problem signing a Non Disclosure Agreement?
No, we don’t have any problem in Signing NDA. In fact we are happy to make the transparency with the client by voluntarily signing the Non Disclosure Agreement.
4.) Are you easily reached? What are the days and times you are most available? Do you Have a set work schedule of hours?

We have Good Programming Skills and Database in PHP and Mysql Coding especially.

Accountability
1.) Do you offer a guarantee and support on your work? If so, for how long?
Yes we do Offer Guarantee to the Code we developed and we give a minimum guarantee for 6 Months with no disturbance or alteration to the code.
2.) At what point to begin charging an hourly fee on this project?
We do charge the Project when there is a change in the Project requirements such as additional work or any alteration in the Project flow.
3.) You have stated a time estimate to complete job. Do you normally meet deadlines?
Yes in most cases it will happen. We normally always plan to meet deadlines. Time estimate to complete the job will be calculated on the Number of Men working days.
4.) Since this is a customized concept, unique to this company, are you comfortable outside of template design work?
Yes we are pleased to work on customized concept and unique design with every development made by our own and this can be easy for us to do since we work from the scratch instead of using any standard template design work.
5.) Should the Project need modification down the road, will this account get priority as a premier client? If not, what is your normal turnaround time?
Yes, we give Priority to the modification and based on the Need we get them prioritized.
0 – Emergency. Within a day we get sorted
A – URGENT. Within 48 hrs will try to get sorted
B – Normal. Within a week
C – Not Immediate depends on the nature of work required and the time available.
6.) Do you have a problem with weekly status report/communication?
No we don’t have any problem in updating weekly, We do prefer to update on weekly basics to have the control on the Targets and milestones.
7.) We expect all source code, considered 100% original design and will be the sole property of the Client. at Software Universal Standards. Are you completely comfortable with this?
Yes all custom developments will hold the ownership from the Buyers. We guarantee you on this. We will provide all the source code developed related to this project.
